نصيحة طبية وفائدة في التمارين المسائية لاتضيعها



أظهرت دراسة جديدة فائدة جديدة للنشاط البدني في وقت متأخر من الظهيرة أو بدايات المساء وهي تقليل الشهية،كما نفت الدراسة الاعتقاد السائد بأن التمارين الرياضية المسائية وخاصة المكثّفة يمكن أن تعيق الاستغراق في النوم.
وأجريت الدراسة في جامعة تشارلز ستيوارت الاسترالية، ونُشرت نتائجها في مجلة "إكسبرمنتال فيزيولوجي".
وأظهرت نتائجها أن ممارسة التمارين المكثّفة لمدة نصف ساعة بين 2 و4 عصراً، أو بين 7 و9 مساءاً تقلل من اشتهاء الطعام، وفي الوقت نفسه لا تؤثر سلباً على النوم في موعد مبكر.
وعلى الرغم من ارتباط النشاط البدني بالإحساس بالجوع، إلا أنه وفقاً للتجارب التي أجراها فريق البحث تبين أن نصف ساعة من التمارين في فترة مبكرة من المساء تؤدي إلى خفض مستوى هرمون الجوع في الدم.
